With their own releases this year — ‘Sola’ on Mother Recordings, ‘Obsessed’ on Universal Music, ‘Bad Tattoo’, ’Real Life’ with Jesús Navarro and Elsa Elmar, and their cover of ’80s pop hit ‘Don’t Dream It’s Over’ featuring Japh — they’ve perfected their signature sound: crisp beats, rubbery basslines, huge vocal hooks and short, snappy arrangements. As the pair say: “We’ve worked hard in the studio this year; trying to balance touring and producing has been the main goal, as well as to never stop experimenting with music and the joy it brings to us to be able to play it for other people.”
