雷宇扬（Simon Loui Yu-Yeung 1964年7月8日），香港主持人、专栏作家，前无线电视艺员及电台主持。2004年雷宇扬导演了喜剧电影《墨斗先生》。雷宇扬具有英国血统，曾经在电台主持鬼故事节目的时候，出过很多鬼故事内容的书，被人称为“鬼才”。因为雷宇扬经常主演鬼片，又被影迷们称为“鬼才”
