Zedd，原名Anton Zaslavski，德籍俄裔，主要制作的音乐类型是Electro House，但也受到 Progressive House, Complexro 和 Dubstep的影响。

颜才兼并的奇才Zedd，凭借其超强的电音原创能力，被越来越多热爱音乐的听众熟知、喜欢。他的现场演绎才华，更是掀起电音界的别样感官体验热潮。他在音乐上的才华为电音注入了诸多新鲜感觉，也为许多知名艺人制作过混音。除了音乐上的出众才华，私底下的他也是有着可爱的一面，所以大家更喜欢称他为“萌猴”。

凭借与Foxes合作的《Clarity》登上美国舞曲榜的冠军，并且还凭借此曲获得了第56届格莱美“最佳舞曲唱片”奖。也曾为黑眼豆豆、Lady Gaga、Skrillex等多名知名艺人制作重混。不过在此之前，他也制作过一系列的混音及原创音乐。赢得过两次Beatport混音奖项，也以首支原创单曲《The Anthem》进入过Beatport house音乐榜。 

2012年，Zedd与Interscope Records唱片公司签约，并发行了他在这家厂牌的第一支单曲《Spectrum》 ，随后发行的混音作品像《Beautiful Now》,《I Want You to Know》,《Ignite》,《Starving》(最令人印象深刻的歌词‘I didn't know that I was starving till I tasted you'),《Break Free》,《Let Me Love You》等都成为经典之作。

纪录片里提到zedd出生于音乐世家，父母皆为音乐家的他四岁便开始自己的演绎生涯，开始学习弹钢琴，十二岁开始学习打鼓，也曾是德国乐队Dioramic的成员，签约Lifeforce Records。他还提到自己要做到像甲壳虫一样(伟大)的音乐。

Anton Zaslavski , better known by his stage name Zedd , is a Russian-born German record producer, DJ and musician. He primarily produces electro house music,but has diversified his genre and musical style, drawing influences from progressive house,debstep,and classical music. Zedd grew up and began his career in Kaiserslautern, Germany.

He began playing the piano at the age of four and built up his knowledge of the 👉

Classical repertoire throughout his childhood，at times writing a song a day.

At age twelve,Zedd learned to play the drums and, soon after, he began performing with the post-hardcore/metal trio Dioramic. 

As a preteen he was already composing and producing numerous rock songs in his band's own studio. As the aughts progressed, Anton's awareness of other genres widened, and in 2009 his interest in producing electronic music was piqued after hearing the French electronic duoJustice. 

With his gift for musicality and background in composition, instrumentation and production, the move into the realm of electronic dance music was seamless. 2009 proved to be a watershed year for Zedd. It was during this year that he began producing electronic music。

His best-known productions to date are the songs "Clarity" featuring Foxes which charted at number 8 on the Billboard Hot 100 and at number one of the US Hot Dance Club Songs,and also won the Grammy award for Best Dance Recording at the 56th Grammy Awards for "Clarity".

Zedd's stellar development is undoubtedly linked to his unique and highly recognizable style of composition whichstands out in a crowded field. 

His meticulously detailed and carefully produced tracks are remarkably distinct, drawingfrom his complex musicality and diverse backgroundspanning from classical to post-hardcore/metal to electrohouse. Already a powerhouse beyond the EDM realm,Zedd's originality continues to fuel his momentum, propellinghim forward with every beat.
