DJ ACCOUNT MANAGER

工作描述

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

PYRO音乐 is looking to expand and nurture its DJ user base, and capitalise on its core users to further develop the platform. PYRO sees its DJs are the KOLs for the entire market, and wants to invest heavily in developing the growth of these users. We are looking for a candidate with experience both as a DJ, And in an office environment. The successful candidate will need to develop relationships with DJ's from around China, and come up with marketing strategies to increase our DJ database/users.

主要职责

RESPONSIBIITIES

PYRO招人！Now hiring DJ Account Manager-PYRO音乐

- Nuture and develop already existing DJ users to encourage use of PYRO

- Develop strategy to grow Venue users exponentially. Hit growth targets set by management.

- Engage and network in Chinese DJ community.
- Help to develop PYRO brand

- Working hours 10am - 7pm, 5 days per week.

教育/工作背景

EDUCATION/WORK REQUIREMENTS

- University of life.

职位要求

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES

- Five or more experience of DJing, club level.

- Two or more years experience working in an office environment.

- Management background, experience with hiring key staff and managing a team.

- Keen interest in the electronic music scene, and a good understanding of the online experience and future.

- Fluent in both English & Chiniese, written and oral.

- Preferred to have working experience in related business and fields.

薪资

SALARY

- 10-12k RMB per month plus bonus target.
