为了塑造极致团队，打造上海的顶级娱乐品牌，开创上海娱乐的新纪元。在开业前夕，MARQUEE组织了一场内容丰富、热情震撼，奋勇争先的团队拓展。

In order to shape the ultimate team, create audio-visual integrated design of the international top entertainment brand, create a new era of Shanghai entertainment. On the eve of the opening, Marquee organized an opening training camp with rich content, shock of enthusiasm and strive to be the first.

经过训练营教官重重考验，选出10名连长，各连长对着连旗起誓，未合格连队将没有连旗。10位连长在一次次的嘶吼中，为了集体的荣誉，不顾已经哑掉的嗓子，最终均获得了连旗。

After many tests by the training camp instructors, 10 company commanders were finally selected. Each company commander swore to the company flag. The company that failed to pass the test would not have the company flag. The 10 company commanders won the company flag in spite of their hoarse voice.

这是一个考验体力和团队协作的游戏。曾经，我们习惯孤军奋战，如今我们有了队友，有了新的助力和依靠，大家共同协作，经过一次次的挑战，很快为自己的队伍挣得了荣誉。

This is a game that tests stamina and teamwork. Once, we used to fight alone, now we have teammates, with new support and rely on, we work together, after a challenge, soon for their team to earn more honor.

游戏中大家分工合作，有人指挥，有人帮助，“抱、拖、推、举”，各种手段全都用上，只为了一个共同的目标。亲身经历后才更让人明白团队的力量，一根筷子易折断，十根筷子坚如铁。

游戏让我们学会了怎样去包容别人，没有人总是与你过不去。其实自我总有一天也会被别人包容，在一个优秀的团队中，我们每个人都会从中受益。成就他人的同时也成就了自我，在团队中我们要乐于奉献和付出，也许一个人的力量并不大，但是一个小小的举动，就能影响全局的发展，团队赢就是我们大家共赢。

Games let us learn how to tolerate others, no one is always with you. In fact, self will be included by others one day, in an excellent team, everyone of us will benefit from it. While achieving others, we also achieve ourselves. In a team, we should be willing to contribute and pay. Perhaps the power of a single person is not great, but a small move can affect the overall development.

团队比拼如此，现实也是如此，优胜劣汰是市场的法则。团队的荣誉需要个人去捍卫，个人需要团队的依托，相辅相成，缺一不可。在今后的工作和生活中，我们必须用加倍的努力去攻坚克难，承载起团队的责任。

本以为一天的训练到此结束。半夜紧急集合的哨声突然响起，各连队以最快的速度到达了训练场，所有人都没有想到，等待我们的是篝火晚会的狂欢与生日会的惊喜。

I thought this was the end of the day's training. The whistle for emergency assembly sounded in the middle of the night, and the team arrived at the training ground at the fastest speed. All of us did not expect that what awaited us was the carnival of bonfire party and the surprise of birthday party.

下午天空下起了大雨。主教官宣布各连队不再有连长，只有MARQUEE这一支强大的团队。

突如其来的大雨反而激起了团队的斗志。现场设立生死线，不准碰线，队长指挥。团队300号人从队友搭建的基石上跨过生死线。伴随着大雨，团队所有人不抛弃，不放弃，用肉体铺路，经历过一次次的失败，爬过生死线。最后只剩下4个人，他们为了团队，衣服上不知道踩满了多少脚印，每个团队中都会有默默付出的人，最后的荣誉是他们的，更是MARQUEE所有人的。

There's a line of life and death on the scene. Don't touch the line. Team 300 stepped over the line of life and death from a foundation built by his teammates. Along with the heavy rain, all the team members did not abandon, did not give up any one, paving the way with the body experienced the failure again and again, climbed to the line of life. In the end, there were only 4 people left. For the sake of the team, their clothes were covered with many footprints. The final honor belongs to them, but also to all of us in Marquee.
