短短三年，DJ MELL G 便已然跻身为世界舞台最炙手可热的新兴音乐人之一，被称之为“HÖR 一代” 的代表性人物。她不仅与 DJ Stingray、Pearson Sound 等著名 DJ 同台献艺，在世界各地的音乐节与俱乐部留下印记；更创立自己的厂牌 Juicy Gang，致力于推动眼下被低估的跨流派艺术家的发展，至今已推出包含 DJ FUCKOFF、VIIKATORY、RAAVEL、YAZZUS 等艺术家在内的数张舞曲专辑。

DJ MELL G is one of the most remarkable talents to breakthrough in recent years. The DJ, producer and Juicy Gang Records boss is grafting her way to a long-lasting career in electronic music. DJ MELL G grew up in Hamburg and started DJing at DIY parties in Frankfurt and Marburg. In 2020, she regularly played on HÖR Radio, and today, she continues to reach a global audience on the airwaves with her fierce sound and nimble mixing. International bookings at MELT Festival, K41, fabric, OXI, Up To Date Festival and PAL continue to shape her schedule. Releases on FTP, Childsplay, 777 Recordings and her own imprint, Juicy Gang Records, display the fun and adventurous aesthetic of DJ MELL G. In 2021, her debut album on JGR dropped via three EPs, each produced in collaboration with DJ Godfather, Karnage Kills and DJ Fuckoff. With her relentless dedication to DJing, music production and Juicy Gang Records, DJ MELL G is a talent who remains true to her artistic vision no matter the trend in dance music.

来自德国汉堡的 MELL G 一直以来都热衷于 electro, ghettotech, Miami bass 和 jungle 等跨流派的声响。2020年，MELL G 放弃自己的律师学位，将全部精力转向音乐，封锁时期她开始在互联网上分享自己的作品，《Question My Love》《fcck as i live》《break y0 neck》等曲目的出现迅速使她的名字蔓延至全世界，自此以后她再也没有停下过忙碌的脚步。

MELL G 的迅速崛起绝非无迹可寻，在封锁期间她为 Radio Blau、Rinse 录制的 Mix 中便能看到她对 ghettotech, footwork, electro, house 等曲风的深入探索。今年六月，MELL G 为 RA 制作的 Mix 同样充溢着强烈的个人风格，从复古 synthwave 到 acid techno，构建了一场跨越当代俱乐部声响的冒险之旅，同样向听众展现着其声音的核心。

2021年尾声，MELL G 曾移居基辅深入乌克兰的电子音乐场景。“我开启了人生的全新阶段：抛开所有负面能量，来到一个语言不通，只能凭直觉行事的国家。每天我都会遇见很多人，感受着周围的爱、友谊与信任。” 她曾在采访中说道。今年，Mell G 与 Bambounou、Air Max ’97、VRIL、Manni Dee 等音乐人一同在 fabric Originals 发行的合辑《fabric SELECTS I》中贡献自己对当代舞曲的独到视野。紧接着她又在 Juicy Gang 发行首张个人专辑 ——《ISSUES》仅由六首曲目组成，半小时的聆听体验却依旧充满能量。Mell G 通过音乐讲述其患有边缘型人格障碍的个人经历，在自我的叙事中试图帮助同类人群重获畅所欲言与自如交流的能力。

来自上海，Kevin Shao 又名 Fat-K，驻扎于POTENT及 ENDTRO Studio 的联合创始人。最初专注于 old-school hip-hop 的即兴节拍，而长达十余年的磨练使他从懵懂的野生状态演变为更为鲜活的多元表达。Fat-K 善用节奏与氛围完成独具辨识度的叙事，亦能在追新猎奇的过程中融入旧学派的经典音色——80s pop, disco, 源自上世纪末的 hip-hop 旋律都是他的心头之好。

伴随不断拓宽的音景，颇具前瞻性的视野，Fat-K 先后与 Red Bull 3 Style 冠军 Shintaro & Eskei83、DMC 传奇人物 DJ Brace，Shortkut 及 Yuto 同台演出，如今的他正成为本土场景中不可或缺的音乐人之一。

Shanghai born DJ Fat K, aka Kevin Shao is one of Shanghai’s most sort after mix-master. With over a decade at the forefront of China’s club scene, Fat-K’s success as a versatile hip hop DJ / selector has seen him forged his own individual path as the head resident of Potent & a co-founder of ENDTRO Studio, winning the respect of industry peers, club owners & legion of fans along the way.

His improvisational music instinct, has over the years led him to sculpt and evolve into his individual unique style, perfecting between the realms of old school hip hop, disco and classic 80’s melodies. With a constantly expanding soundscape and his forwarding thinking vision, Fat K has supported alongside Red Bull 3 Styles champions Shintaro & Eskei83, DMC legends, DJ Brace, Shortkut and Yuto, thus making him one of todays most indispensable DJ’s in Shanghai’s local DJ community.
